An introduction to rhythmic gymnastics! Run, jump, spin and roll – these engaging sessions allow children to learn the basic movements and fun routines synonymous with the sport. Led by our expert instructors the activity looks to improve balance, coordination whilst having lots of fun. Suitable for ages 4-7
